Sea Moss Gel Pick Up
Wildcrafted Irish Sea Moss is a seaweed that is rich in many nutrients and minerals, specifically iodine. Iodine plays a crucial role in making thyroid hormones. Your thyroid is a gland that regulates metabolism and how your body processes food for energy. Sea moss is often used to help with digestive health, energy and overall nutrition.
In the gel form, it had the added benefit of helping to bring moisture to tissues and acts as an anti-inflammatory. When taking sea moss in any form, it’s important to stay hydrated throughout the day.

Everyone will go home with a couple shower steamer tablets and a loose herb blend recipe. Feel free to contact me to avoid ticketing fees.

Movement: January Herbal Marketplace
Herbal marketplaces at Green Wisdom resume and now at a new time: 10-4p. We are in the thick of winter and as nice as it is to snuggle under covers and rest, it is important that we remember to move our bodies. Cold can make us feel more stiff, so to balance that energy we look to mindful movement: stretching, dancing, working out, etc.
